100 & First was born out of the realisation of the power of stories and real-life experiences. Our purpose at 100 & First is to use powerful, inspirational real-life experiences as frameworks to enable our clients to drive their own change, whether that be personal, organisational or cultural.

We use these stories as frameworks to help clients create and implement change in their own environments.

We focus on creating environments where people enjoy what they do, care about the people they are doing it with and are invested in the organisation they are doing it for. It's not until we have created this culture that performance can truly flourish!
