100 Folds Culinary Guild proudly announces its much-anticipated launch, set to elevate the landscape of pastry and culinary arts training in India. With state-of-the-art facilities and an avant-garde curriculum, the Academy is dedicated to cultivating a culture of innovation, creativity, and mastery in the culinary arts. The name "100 Folds" draws inspiration from the traditional chef's hat, known for its hundred iconic pleats—each representing a unique skill, symbolizing mastery, dedication, and excellence in the culinary arts. The Academy upholds this legacy by creating a culture of culinary brilliance, scientific understanding, and artistic vision.
Founded by Durga Prasad of DP Chocolates PVT LTD and myself, Aparna of Zuci Chocolates, the Academy embodies over three decades of combined expertise in the chocolate industry, pastry, and culinary arts.
A cornerstone of the academy launch is its strategic alliance with CyfrOne Business Process Solutions (https://www.cyfrone.com/), which integrates industry engagement, product management, and strategic business planning, thus spearheading research and development, thereby elevating the industry's profile.
We offer a comprehensive 6-week Bakery and Pastry program, alongside specialized weekend workshops and master classes. Another highlight is its bespoke Corporate Workshops, which blend leadership training with hands-on culinary experiences, to offer unique and memorable learning opportunity for corporate leaders. Another key feature is extending our expertise in the culinary arts and sciences to offer comprehensive business consulting services.
