A London UK based training and coaching company, we specialise in business development skills for people who deliver high-value intangible services and want to be seen as professionals, not as salespeople. Our services include online and in-person training and coaching based on the 12boxes approach. This transparent and ethical method can be learned in as little as four 90-minute sessions and applied with immediate effect. It overcomes many of the difficulties experienced by people new to business development as well as those encountered by successful award-winning consultants and practice heads.
It also enables firms to cascade experience and promote effective cross-selling with company-specific templates based on recurring situations.
