15 Times Better (15xB) is a First Nations-owned consultancy helping organisations turn Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) and First Nations strategies into measurable outcomes.
We work as a specialist RAP consultant for RAP development and RAP implementation, and as a First Nations engagement consultant supporting Indigenous engagement strategy, cultural capability, First Nations procurement, and Indigenous employment.

Founded by Topaz McAuliffe (Torres Strait Islander), our team brings 50+ years of combined experience and a track record of delivery at scale, including building one of Australia’s most successful First Nations employment and engagement programs.
