Job Title: Photo Studio Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

The Photo Studio Manager is responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the company
This person will be tasked with the primary responsibility of analyzing and improving customer relationships and work to ensure quality delivery, productivity, and efficiency.

Job Functions Include

Provide inspired leadership for the organization
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching front office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity

Qualifications And Experience

A minimum of B.Sc in any area of study but preferably Business Administration
At least 3 years of experience in office administration.

Required Skills

Effective communication
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Team workability
Interpersonal skills
Ability to lead
Networking skills.

Salary

N100,000 Monthly.
