A4ID is a global charity that believes that the law can, and should, be used more effectively to eradicate global poverty.

Development organisations work tirelessly to improve access to basic services for the world's poorest people. But we have seen that very often a lack of access to legal expertise can reduce the impact of these organisations. We also know that the law itself can act as a barrier to development.

It is our role to ensure that legal support is available for organisations involved in the fight against poverty.
