Our Vision; We envision a world where women and girls have equal access to resources and opportunities, tailored to their female-based needs and possibilities in order for them to fulfill their potentials; Where they maintain independent freedom of choice by questioning stereotyping, both traditional as well as counter-traditional, and where they enjoy their rights to full self-expression and self-determination with grace and dignity. We believe in intergenerational leadership. As the world is home to the largest generation of youth in history, we consider them, in all their diversities, as the greatest determinants of a gender-balanced future and seek to empower them in achieving our goals. We admire their willpower in facing new challenges and support them in becoming more resilient to thrive in these times of extremes. Our Mission; Our mission is to expand opportunities for all women and girls who experience multiple disadvantages, power abuse and are interlocked in a system of oppression and exclusion, with non-Western Muslim-, colored -, refugee, and handicapped women and girls at most risk. Our Core Values; We glorify principles such as connection & communication, peace, solidarity, international sister- and brotherhood, mutuality of benefits, all of which have been suppressed and devaluated by patriarchal systems, and we embrace them as our core values.
