A Place to Dream Storytelling for Social Impact | A Campaign for Change Every night in Houston, more than 300,000 children go to sleep without a bed, resting on floors, couches, or worse. For many families, a safe place to sleep is a luxury they can’t afford. A Place to Dream is a creative awareness campaign and documentary initiative supporting The Furniture Bank and its No Kids on the Floor program. Through heartfelt storytelling, live events, and a powerful video series, we’re shining a light on Houston’s hidden crisis of childhood poverty, and helping to provide real solutions, one bed at a time. Our mission is to amplify the voices of families in need, the volunteers doing the work, and the power of community to make empty houses into homes.
