JAI is one of the largest and most automated gravity die casting foundries in Europe with more than 75 years of experience and +250 employees.
In close cooperation with our customers we develop the aluminium casted parts. The result is the most optimal design in respect of function, quality, and total costs.
Next to development and project management, JAI takes care of serial production, heat treatment, X-ray, machining, surface treatment, assembling, leak test with air and helium, penetration test and logistic solutions.
Being a system supplier JAI's customers are leading industrial enterprises worldwide active in the following segments: High-voltage, pump systems, robots, maritime engines and drive systems as well as the automotive industry (primarily trucks, motorbikes and e-mobility).
