Aalto Marine Services was a thought back in 2007 when Captain Peter, after working at sea for 16 years and then coming ashore, wanted to start a company where he could find work satisfaction and a work culture that aligned itself with his own ideas of knowledge sharing, continuous learning and equal opportunity. "I always wanted to work in a utopian work place, but if not, I would like to create the next best thing!!" he says.

Aalto Marine Services operates in the marine and insurance sectors, providing loss prevention (marine warranty, surveys, inspections & audits, loss management (marine casualties, claims, disputes and litigation) and marine consultancy services.
