Overview

About AAP Animal Advocacy and Protection Spain

AAP Primadomus is the Spanish branch of AAP Animal Advocacy and Protection that works for the rescue and rehabilitation of exotic non-domestic mammals and the improvement of legislation regarding their welfare. In Spain, our rescue center is located in Villena, Alicante. AAP provides a better future for primates, big cats and other exotic mammals. Unfortunately, the rescue of exotic animals is necessary as many of them are in compromised situations such as illegal trafficking, used as pets or mistreated in the entertainment industry. AAP's approach is preventive, and seeks long-term solutions to all these problems, seeking to inform the general public and defend the right to better animal legislation in Europe.
