AAUW Empire State NYC supports women's education & pay equity in NYC through social outreach, professional networking & salary negotiation workshops. We are a branch of AAUW National (est. 1881), which promotes women’s education, economic security, and pay equity. AAUW provides roughly $4 million annually in scholarships, grants, and awards for women and community action projects.
