We are design and build foundation specialists offering patented piled raft foundation solutions for new build residential and commercial developments. Our piled raft foundation solutions are a value-engineered alternative to traditional pile and beam or deep trench foundations. Suitable for all forms of construction including masonry, timber frame, reinforced concrete, steel frame or modular.
Our Foundation Solutions :
• Housedeck Foundation – from a single plot to multi-plot residential
developments.
• Comdeck Foundation - Schools, Care homes, flats, and other commercial

• Treesafe Foundation - building in Tree Preservation Order (TPO) areas.

Benefits of using our foundations:
• Fully underwritten design and engineered solution.
• Foundations up to ground floor structural slab
• Reduced dig and spoil removal, particularly advantageous on
contaminated ground or highwater table sites.
• Generally only a nominal piling mat is required as we utilise lightweight
midi piling rigs less than 15T. This reduces the cost of excavation,
spoil removal and beam construction.
• Plot drainage can be installed as part of the package – streamlining
sequencing and package separation.
• Treesafe& Floodsafe solutions enabling building within tree root
protection zones, and areas of flood risk.
