ABC Keystone—Motivated by Our Members’ Success for Over 60 Years

We are passionate about free enterprise advocacy, workforce education and training, business-to-business connections, career pathway development, and instilling a safety culture—in all sectors of the construction industry.

ABC Keystone advances opportunities in the construction industry by:
•Championing free enterprise and the merit shop philosophy.
•Leading the conversation in political advocacy.
•Educating and developing the workforce.
•Equipping our members to prioritize safety.
•Providing an inclusive environment to cultivate innovation, sustainability, and prosperity.

ABC Keystone's Apprenticeship training center is a state-of-the-art facility, with opportunities for hands-on learning across several construction industry disciplines, including assembler - pre-engineered buildings, carpentry, construction craft laborer, electrical, HVAC, heavy equipment operator, masonry, pipefitting, plumbing, and sheet metal. Students at ABC Keystone enjoy an “earn while you learn" approach, with on-the-job training combined with classroom instruction as they develop their craft, setting themselves up for success with in-demand, employable skills.

A Chapter of the National Associated Builders & Contractors (D.C.), the Keystone Chapter was established in 1959, and is located in Rapho Business Park, Manheim, PA. We help members build their businesses and protect their interests.
