At Aberdeen Ethnic Minority Women’s Group CIC, we are dedicated to empowering marginalised women by fostering financial independence, personal growth, and social inclusion. Our flagship initiative, provides a safe and inclusive space for women to:
• Gain employment and develop skills in areas like circular fashion, business operations, and creative industries.
• Build financial independence by creating and selling handmade products.
• Participate in community storytelling, intergenerational therapy, and empowerment workshops.
• Collaborate in initiatives aimed at promoting educational and social equality.

We believe in the power of community and shared purpose to create lasting, positive change. By providing employment opportunities, training, maker’s space and a platform for entrepreneurship, we aim to uplift women from diverse ethnic backgrounds and ensure their voices are heard.
