Run by Beth, this class can be adapted to all levels of physical disability including wheelchair users. It aims to build on sitting or standing balance and core control to aid day to day activities. Parents are welcome to join in too on an informal basis working alongside their child, making it a great family class with a fun atmosphere. It is an ideal class for children with cerebral palsy and neuromuscular conditions.
