The About my Brain Institute provides transformational leadership & wellbeing education to develop brain-friendly leaders, teams and cultures.
We believe that democratising leadership and neuroscience and developing a new set of abilities based on neurobiology is critical for organisations to thrive in the future of work.
There are three reasons why this is important: the first is to address the leadership skills shortage by ensuring that organisations have access to science-based skills development that can help attract and retain talent. The second is to help leaders sustain their wellbeing and capacity to adapt and perform as they face never-ending demands and continuous change. The third is to advance the future of the leadership development profession by training consultants in how to impement brain-friendly practices.
