Since 2003, our main services focus on our clients’ most critical issues and opportunities: strategy, organizational and people development, training, recruiting and coaching.
Our aim is to support people and organizations in succeeding together and unlock their future potential.

• Training - around 11630 managers and specialists trained; over 1015 management and soft skills training sessions;
• Recruitment & Selection - more than 910 management and specialist positions succesfully closed; over 4180 interviewed candidates;
• Consultancy - more than 240 consultancy projects on: defining strategy, optimizing structures, culture and processes within a company;
• Coaching - over 3060 coaching sessions.
