Founded by Bano-Puratos in 2019, the ABA Academy of Baking Arts is one of the first of its kind in the Middle East. Our mission is to define the art of baking through a combination of knowledge, practicality, and creativity.
ABA offers a comprehensive experience across various sectors, including pastry, bakery, chocolate, and ice cream, catering to both beginners and professionals.
