About Access Construction Claims Training

Access Construction Claims was established by Niamh Ní Chróinín and Michael Creedon in 2025. Both are from Ireland but met in Calgary due to their common interest in construction claims and the need for comprehensive training for owners, contractors and subcontractor personnel.

Access Construction Claims provides bespoke claims training for those working within the construction industry including but not limited to; risk management, tendering, change management and claims analysis. In recent years, Niamh and Michael have lectured for the Osgoode School of Construction Law Certificate Program. Both are also heavily involved with the Society of Construction Law; Niamh is on the North American board and Michael is a regional director for the Prairies chapter.
Niamh has 20 years of construction experience and provides forensic delay and damages analysis as well as risk monitoring and project management services for ongoing projects to prevent or limit delay and/or commercial exposure.
