About Adult Critical Care Emergency Support Service (ACCESS)
We are ACCESS – The Adult Critical Care Emergency Support Service.
Evolving from NECCTAR, NCL-ACTS, West London, and SPRINT, we now operate as a pan-London service in partnership with the London Ambulance Service.
With over 5,000 transfers completed and counting, we provide a dedicated 24/7 mobile intensive care unit, ensuring the safe and efficient inter-hospital transfer of critically ill adults across London.
Our service is delivered by a specialist multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, ODPs, and paramedics, committed to excellence in critical care transfer.
