Accord union

Accord is a specialist union for staff in financial services with members in the Lloyds Banking Group, TSB and subsidiary companies.

We're a modern, independent trade union, affiliated to the TUC and the Scottish TUC. We have more than 22,000 members who we've been supporting for over 45 years.

Accord is funded only by members’ subscriptions and is not affiliated to any political party.
