Accreditation Agency Curaçao

The Accreditation Agency Curacao (AAC) is an independent Accreditation Agency of Higher Education located in Curacao, dedicated to accrediting higher education institutions and programs.

Committed to ensuring quality, cultural diversity, and stakeholder satisfaction, AAC is recognized by the Government of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Curacao and by the Ministry of Social Development and Education in Anguilla.

The AAC accredits degree programs at universities, universities of applied sciences, colleges and professional schools (bachelor, master, and doctoral study programs), and higher education institutions in Curacao as well as abroad.

It conducts procedures for the accreditation of educational programs in all disciplines (program accreditation) as well as procedures for the accreditation of educational institutions, adhering both, European and American standards and guidelines to uphold international criteria.

AAC's mission focuses on enhancing quality assurance in higher education.
