Achieving Together are proud to be caring and supporting our most vulnerable children and young people in care aged between 7 - 17 years, having various placements available within Leicestershire with our Ofsted Registered Children Homes, and Ofsted Registered 16+ Support Accommodation Service.
Achieving Together create a safe and homely environment for children and young people where they will be nurtured, cared for and supported.
We care and support children and young people who may have experienced emotional and behavioural difficulties, who may require support in a structured environment to ensure that their needs are efficiently met. With our aim to promote independence that will set them up for adulthood.
