Right-Minded Teamwork will improve your team’s performance. It is for Team Leaders and Team Building Facilitators
This is a practical “do no harm” and “get work done” team-building process where achieving 100% customer satisfaction is the team’s primary goal.
This method evolved from my in-the-field experience with thousands of teammates. In my 35 year career, I facilitated over 500 teams through multiple workshops in the USA and seven other countries.
I am a CMF – Certified Master Facilitator. I served on the Board of the International Institute for Facilitation.
Right-Minded Teamwork is practical. It was inspired by and is aligned with A Course in Miracles. With ACIM as an inspiration, I melded the in-the-field lessons learned into Right-Minded Teamwork. This method works. I promise.
