ACMS Northwest is a Women-Owned construction management and civil engineering firm based in Portland, Oregon.

ACMS’ project focus includes all aspects of public and private construction including underground utility installations, green streets, bioswales, industrial projects, wastewater treatment plants and pump stations, roadways/highways, high and low-rise structures, property condition assessments, floodplain restorations, pavement and drainage improvements, and re-developments of parks and public spaces.
