About Act Care Support Limited
Act Care provides unparalleled personalised, therapeutic care and support, delivered by a multidisciplinary team of highly trained and professional staff.
We support young people aged 16 to 24 who are transitioning from children’s services to adult services. Our team specialises in caring for individuals with conditions and/or behaviours that may be considered challenging. These include:
• Individuals with mental health diagnoses who require 24-hour support due to complex needs and/or behaviours.
• Mild and complex learning difficulties.
• Emotional and behavioural disorders. (EBD)
• Self-harm.
• Autism / Asperger’s syndrome.
• Attachment disorders.
• Tatton–Brown syndrome.
• Post-traumatic stress disorder. (PTSD)
• Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. (ADHD)
• Oppositional defiant disorder. (ODD)
• Dyspraxia.
• Multiple placement breakdowns.
• Those experiencing crisis or trauma.
