What We Offer:
Affordable Counselling: We understand that mental health support should be accessible to everyone. Our low-cost services, from as little as £25 per session, are designed to accommodate various budgets. In addition to this, we have a Fund available for those who cannot afford private counselling.
Personalised Approach: Each session is tailored to your individual circumstances, allowing us to work together towards your specific goals. And, our services are open-ended to ensure we can support you, throughout your journey.
Flexible Formats: We offer counselling in-person, over the phone, or via video calls, making it convenient for you to access support when you need it most.
