ACT Leadership LLC (https://actleader.com) exists to serve and help navigate leaders through complex change initiatives. ACT was co-founded by Michael and Erin Hutchins in 2012. ACT focuses on coaching, leadership development, and consulting services. We use a systematic approach to professional development using the Assess Coach Train methodology, targeted at Individuals, Teams and Organizations. ACT-GS is our government business focused on delivering coaching, training and consulting to the Federal Government. Our exceptional team and trusted partners covers a full range of skills and experience in coaching, training and consulting. ACT is based in Washington DC and London, UK. Our team is geographically dispersed, with a presence on every continent.
