ACTNow for Mental Health (ANMH)

We envision a world where young adults have reduced barriers to care, receive the right care at the right time, and are free from mental and behavioral health stigma. We are committed to increasing the awareness of and access to mental health services and supports for young adults, and educate policymakers on the value of increasing mental health services.

We Focus on Three Areas of Support:

A(dvocacy): Establishing national awareness and mental health literacy campaign. Synthesizing and disseminating research and resources. Educating policymakers.
C(ompassion): Providing peer-to-peer supports. Engaging national spokespeople and celebrities in a school-based speaker series on compassion. Promoting stigma free campaigns.
T(reatment): Establishing a national network of low- cost or free mental health professionals. Developing and disseminating innovative mental health technologies and programs.
