About Active Leaders
Leadership & Employability Through Activity
Since 2016, We have developed programmes that build confidence, employability and leadership skills in young people — while providing CIMSPA-accredited CPD training for teachers, coaches and community leaders.
We offer a complete pathway:
👦 Junior Active Leaders (ages 9–13)
A 10-session course that develops teamwork, communication and empathy. Pupils lead fun, inclusive games, grow in confidence and resilience, and earn the Junior Active Leader Award.
👩🎓 Active Leaders (14/15+)
A 10-session employability programme covering teamwork, planning, problem solving, budgeting, event management and First Aid. Students gain the Active Leader Award, a personal reference, and pathways into volunteering and work.
👩🏫 Trainer Accreditation
CIMSPA-accredited CPD equipping teachers, trainee teachers, community groups and activity providers to deliver Junior Active Leaders and Active Leaders with full resources and evaluation tools.

⚽ UEFA Women’s Euros Legacy – 400+ young women trained, 2,500+ volunteering hours.
🏫 London Marathon Foundation – piloting Junior Active Leaders in inner-city schools.
🥯 Gregg’s Foundation – supporting young people at risk of antisocial behaviour.
