Active Partners Trust is a charitable trust, bringing together the Active Partnerships in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire through Active Derbyshire and Active Notts.

Putting the customer at the centre of everything we do, we want to make physical activity the norm for people who live and work in our communities.

Our way of working is customer-centred and insight led, whether working at county or neighbourhood level.
