Actuarial Science Students' Association of Ghana, ASSAG

The mission of Actuarial Science Students Association of Ghana is to develop friendship and co-operation among the fellow students of the Actuarial Programme in tertiary institutions while spreading awareness of the actuarial profession to prospective members. ASSAG seeks to help its members familiarize themselves with the actuarial exam system, prepare for preliminary examinations, and explore opportunities for internships and full time job offers. These goals are achieved through joint-efforts of ASSAG and related associations in tertiary, including general body meetings, information sessions, and actuarial career panels, and professional speaker series, employer presentations, off campus presentations, mock exam sessions, and more.
