Adani Airports is a part of the Adani Group’s flagship company, Adani Enterprises Ltd., that aims to extend the company's vision as a global integrated infrastructure & transportation leader.

In 2019, Adani Airports won the mandate to modernize and operate six airports such as Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram through a competitive tendering process held by the Airports Authority of India (AAI). Adani Airports will operate, manage & develop all these six airports for a period of 50 years.
