Adapsys

Adapsys was founded in Chile in 2005 under the name CLA Consulting, aiming to contribute to organizations by developing leadership skills among their executives, always with an adaptive approach. Over time, this work evolved and expanded into a robust model of organizational change built on ideas and methodologies related to adaptive capacity. Adapsys also grew, extending its operations and offices to Peru, Colombia, Australia, and the United States, and forming an international team of trained and experienced consultants who make this distinctive adaptive change approach a reality.
