We are a UK company that is transforming Radiology in the Veterinary market through the development of innovative 3D imaging technologies. The Adaptix small animal vet unit provides access to 3D imaging without a dedicated CT room.
How does it work?
We take a series of low dose 2D projections from different positions and use them to reconstruct a 3D overview of the patient using a technique called Digital Tomosynthesis (DT). Reconstructed images are viewed as a stack allowing features at different depths to be viewed independently. Our machine is compact, lightweight, and low dose that can be easily installed in an existing radiology room.
