A Chartered Builder, Quantity Surveyor and construction Manager Colin is a hands-on manager and In regular contact with his clients.

Colin has set up and managed companies in the UK, Germany, Australia, UAE, South Africa, Hong Kong , Macao and the Philippines

The global experience and contacts have Colin in a prime position to team partner with highly skilled professionals whom he has personally worked with and teams of skilled technical staff in India, Sri Lanka and the Philippines providing a vast resource of manpower to handle projects for multiple clients

When you engage our services, we partner with your business and can provide Team Partners with full professional services pertaining to Architectural 2D shop drawings. 3D BIM Modeling, Floor plan renderings and full Renderings with virtual fly through. In addition we offer Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Quality Control services both on and off sites, We represent owners developing properties and/ or private Superyacht’s as Owners representatives.
