I strive to increase individual and team performance through assisting clients to understanding their own/team competencies, their leadership and delegation styles. I have coached on team development, time management, performance management specifically working on addressing KPA’s and KPI’s for performance appraisals, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution styles. I assist in the development of personal brands, transfer of skills, succession planning and strategic planning and development. In all these areas my focus is always to mirror what the individual or teams believe is true at the beginning and work on either their behaviour, experience, aptitude, knowledge or skills to move from the current situation to an improved situation.
