The Ridge Project and Programme Delivery team (PPD), previously Adept Management, plans, manages and controls large, complex projects. We have a unique set of skills and tools that have been proven to provide greater predictability and certainty of delivery, primarily in the design and development phases of projects but throughout the project lifecycle. Our design phase focus was developed as these periods of a project are often poorly managed, poorly co-ordinated, typically overspending and overrunning, having major impacts on the delivery stages of the project. We bring certainty, confidence, and predictability, through effective management and control.

We have supported some of the largest and most challenging infrastructure and construction projects, and similarly complex projects in the defence and information technology sectors. Our expertise in the design and engineering phases of projects has been put to use across the construction industry, in a wide range of hospital projects, school building programmes, commercial and residential (accommodation & hotel) projects, highway schemes, major rail projects, and projects in the energy and utilities sectors. Whilst our core market is the UK, we have supported projects from Sydney to San Diego with stops in Stockholm, Dubai and the Cayman Islands in between.

Today, the Ridge & Partners PPD team are working at the cutting-edge of design management, project controls, and process optimisation; delivering their unique mix of best practice and practical experience to organisations spanning diverse sectors. This is complemented by the 'Flow' application.
