ABCEL is a multidisciplinary institution focused on researching problems, designing solutions, and scaling interventions to enrich lives.

Our vision, "Enrich Lives, Enrich Society," is an emphatic call to action and firmly underscores our belief in the symbiotic link between individual progress and societal prosperity.

Enriching Lives (EL) unfolds across four broad dimensions:
• Realising meaning and purpose in life
• Building social relationships and having a strong sense of belonging
• Optimising health and well-being for the present and future
• Ease of living and personal pursuits leading to freedom of choice

ABCEL is envisaged as an anchor institution that will inspire change, shape social conversations and actively build coalitions to generate momentum for community action towards enriching lives.

We firmly believe in universal access to pathways of a fulfilling life. However, our initial steer towards this vision involves focusing on select groups. This encompasses two distinct cohorts, each at the cusp of a unique life transition. These are:

• Seasoned citizens
• Armed forces veterans

They are eager to adapt, learn, and redefine their place in the world.
