The Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs (ABGLP) were launched in 2007 with the objective of creating an alternate leadership pipeline for the Aditya Birla Group. Through these programs we hire and groom the best talent from select leading business schools. The focus of ABGLP is on cultivating high quality future leaders with innovative thinking for the Aditya Birla Group.
Currently ABGLP hires exceptional students from the following campuses:
