ADPME Bénin

The Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (ADPME) aims to coordinate and align all public interventions supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with an integrated offer of support, guidance, and financing for MSMEs.
Under the supervision of the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises and Employment Promotion (MPMEPE), ADPME is specifically responsible for :

- Welcoming, informing, and guiding MSMEs towards existing support mechanisms;
- Processing and approving MSMEs for the regime;
- Supporting the competitiveness of MSMEs at the local, sub-regional, and international levels;
- Identifying and supporting the upgrading of MSMEs;
- Identifying and supporting strategic and/or high-growth potential enterprises;
- Facilitating MSMEs' access to financing and markets;
- Promoting innovative financial products tailored to the needs of MSMEs;
- Coordinating and aligning interventions in favor of Beninese MSMEs.
