About ADR Mediation & Training C.I.C
ADR Mediation & Training C.I.C has been established by fully trained mediators with many years’ experience to support and work with those in dispute.
Our aim is to help improve and support local communities by developing techniques to resolve conflicts and disputes in a structured process.
Our experience is in the following areas:
Neighbour disputes
Family disputes
Community facilitation
Our professional approach and experience has given us a variety of mediation techniques which enables us to empower individuals to achieve a positive and sustainable outcome.
The purpose of our work is to enable those in dispute to have a voice and improve their quality of life. We treat every case individually and do not have a ‘one model fits all approach’. We appreciate that for some there is a ‘fear’ of meeting, therefore we will work with them individually to help with feelings and strategies for the future.
