About African Energy Week AEC
Established in 2021, with the mission of “making energy poverty history by 2030”, the African Energy Week (AEW) is a prominent annual energy event hosted by the African Energy Chamber.
The African Energy Chamber- the voice of the African energy industry is based in Suite 43 Katherine & West, 114 West Street, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa.
African Energy Week unites African energy leaders, global investors, and executives from across the public and private sector for four days of intense dialogue on the future of the African energy industry.
With its unique program, African Energy Week provides delegates with networking opportunities through the Just Energy Transition (JET) Concert and various sponsored cocktail events throughout the week.
The conference offers numerous sponsorship and exhibition opportunities designed to enhance opportunities and brand exposure for participating organizations.
African Energy Week is committed to providing a platform where discussions surrounding energy does not exclude Africa, through roundtables, deal signing opportunities between organizations, panel discussions and invest in Africa energies sessions.
The African Energy Week 2025 (AEW25) will be taking place in Cape Town South Africa, at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) from the 29 September to 3 October under the premise “Invest in African Energies”.
