AEE Energy Management IISWBM Kolkata Chapter

The first chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers, (the renowned body of energy professionals with 147 chapters over the globe including 70 in the US and 77 in other countries) in India was inaugurated on February 21, 2003, by H.E. Mr. George N Sibley, the American Consul General, Consulate General of USA in Kolkata at IISWBM. This facilitates the senior managers in energy intensive industries in the region to share with the US counterparts on state-of-the-art technology and practices in Energy Management. The AEE IISWBM Kolkata Chapter, India boasts of securing the international awards during the last eighteen years i.e. since the year of its inception in 2003. The Chapter has been adjudged with award of various categories like best chapter website, best student chapter, best community service, best chapter newsletter, etc. The Chapter has also received Best Overall Chapter Performance Award in the year 2005, 2009, 2010, 2014, 2015 and 2018.
