About Aerocom Mattress
Aerocom Mattresses and Coir Pads made its place in the bedding and automobile industry in the year 1962.The first unit was setup in Odisha.It used Austrian technology and DOA’s Plant and Machinery .Aerocom took part in exhibitions across the country to introduce Rubberised Coir Mattresses, Mats, Cushions in the market. Before then customers were only aware of Cotton and Rubberfoam mattresses. In 1990 another unit for Rubberised Coir fibre was put up in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Being a technically exposed to import substitute products this time all the plant and machinery was made in-house. (MADE IN INDIA).

Features of Rubberised Coir mattress:
(1) Hygiene factors
They are degreased, mothproofed, anti fungal and anti-bacteria.
(2) Wholly Natural :
All Aerocom rubberized coir sheet is made of coir fibre with fine quality and natural rubber latex, the sides are lined with jute tapes which are totally organic and healthy.
(3) Air and Water Permeable
Aerocom elastic coir sheet is made from twisted coir fibre ropes, they are then sprayed with natural latex compound. The twisted coir fibre acts like thousands and thousands "plant spring", forming three-dimensional structure, which make the sheet have nice feature of air and water permeability .This makes it an ideal sleep surface - Cool in summer, warm in winter.
(4) Elasticity moderate and lasting
Aerocom rubberized coir sheet are very durable and retain their elasticity for a long time.
