Aerometals is located in the northern California town of El Dorado Hills approximately 35 miles NE of Sacramento. Aerometals was founded in 1984 and has been in the same location since 1998.

Aerometals employs 175+ people housed in two 75,000sqft buildings that include all facets of manufacturing, design, and testing. Our support staff includes 30+ Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, and Aeronautical), CAD Drafters, and CAM Programmers with onsite DMIR and A&P Licensed Mechanics.

Aerometals is a government contractor serving the Department of Defense and Defense Logistics Agencies. We offer a full-service machine shop and a full range of production services including CNC machining and turning, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly.

Aerometals has significant experience manufacturing critical-application, militarized components to original OEM engineering data for use on many fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. Quality approvals include AS9100D and FAA Part 21 along with various other customer specific approvals.
