Africa CX Leaders Forum

The CX Leaders forum is a platform for customer experience leaders across Africa and other parts of the world to meet, learn, network, and share ideas and define the path of CX transformation in Africa.

The goal of the event is to develop a strategic orientation for CX in the continent based on real data on African consumers, and cultural specificity and to provide those leading customer experience transformation efforts across Africa with the knowledge, tools and technologies they can leverage for the success of their CX programs.

This will be a free event in the historic city of Kigali the city of a thousand hills. The event seeks to bring together those leading customer experience professionals and associations across the continent, as well as those leading in customer experience in Africa's largest organizations.
