The Africa Federation of GBS Associations is a pioneering initiative uniting national industry associations and trade & investment promotion agencies across the continent. Its goal is to amplify Africa's potential in customer experience (CX), business process outsourcing (BPO), IT outsourcing (ITO), and global business services (GBS).

Launched by a coalition of eight African countries, the Federation serves as a collaborative platform designed to unlock opportunities, drive innovation, and enhance Africa’s global competitiveness in CX-BPO and ITO.

Vision: To position Africa as a premier hub for global business services, fostering economic growth, job creation, and digital transformation.

Mission: To unify African national CX/BPO/ITO associations & investment agencies, driving sector excellence, innovation, and social impact through strategic collaboration, knowledge sharing, and policy advocacy.
