African Canadian Association of Ottawa (ACAO) is an umbrella organization of 53 African country associations and ethnocultural groups. We are all about the welfare of African Canadians and the Black community. ACAO equips and builds the capacities of its member organizations to ensure effective and efficient service delivery to the community.
